Alleged Misconduct:  During a 2005 stop, didn’t activate his patrol car camera and lied about his encounter with a suspect. More recently, tardiness and bad-mouthing other sergeants to his subordinates.
Disciplinary Action:  15-day suspension at the time (upheld on appeal); denied promotion in 2009.
